Weight Range: 8 to 40 lbs.
Comments: Kozy Carrier’s web site touts that this mei tai-inspired carrier has no buckles or rings—just tie it on. You’ll notice it has wide shoulder straps with light padding, a lightly padded curved head support and is reversible. Extra long straps are available as an option ($5 additional).
In the past, we noted that all Kozy Carriers were made to order so you can customize them to your taste: pick a base fabric (natural, black or canvas) and a solid or print accent fabric plus a pocket can be added for $10. Recently, they began offering a few in house designs (about a dozen) for immediate delivery.
Like other mei tai carriers, baby can be worn in front (facing in or out), on the side or on your back and used for infants up to toddlers. You’ll need to check the web site for instructions on how to use the carrier. Reader feedback has been quite positive on the Kozy Carrier.
