In our book, we recommend a couple of Lands End Diaper bags: the Do it All and Little Tripper. Well, it looks like Lands End has discontinued those styles. In place of the Do it All is the Messenger ($59.50). And the new Diaper Clutch ($29.50) is about the same dimensions as the Little Tripper. Unfortunately, those new styles represent a price hike—the Little Tripper was $20, for example and the Do it All was $30.

I am not sure why Land’s End did away with the insanely popular Little Tripper bag. The diaper clutch does not function in the same way. The new diaper bag messenger is disappointing as well – basically a low end version of the Skip Hop bags. Shame on Land’s End for not paying attention to consumer demand.

FYI, I just contacted them and apparently they are bringing this bag back for the Fall 08 catalog. I’m so glad, it is the BEST diaperbag.

I live in WI and have friends who work for Land’s End. I asked why they would discontinue such poplular diaper bags.
Well, Land’s End became the wiser and I was informed that the Do-It-All and the Little Tripper would be added back to their website by the first of September. It’s already on the site and colors are limited- I was told they would be adding more colors at a later date. Yeh- they are back!
