Comments: Readers think the Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump is a good runner up to Medela or Avent. Lansinoh’s manual pump is easy to use and has few parts to clean. A few dissenters say it doesn’t quite have the suction of the Medela, however. That was confirmed by our lactation consultant, who said her measurements showed the Lansinoh pump had about 20% less suction compared to the Avent or Medela. FYI: Lansinoh has revised the pump with new ComfortFit flanges (in two sizes) for a better seal. Rating: B
