Spanish stroller maker Babyhome two stroller models in the US: the emotion and the Vida. The Emotion is a lightweight (16.9 lbs., $280, pictured) stroller, which features a curved frame, rain cover, mosquito net, fully reclining seat, and maintenance kit and is car seat adaptable (Chicco, Graco, Maxi Cosi).
The stroller’s unique feature: polyurethane wheels (with ball bearing suspension) give a smooth ride. Made in China, the Emotion comes in three solid color fashions.
Parent feedback on the Emotion is mostly positive—fans love the smooth glide and light weight. Critics knock the low to the ground profile, lack of cup holder and skimpy hood coverage. We like that the Emotion includes a rain cover and mosquito net.
Optional accessories include a cup holder, front bumper bar, rotating snack tray and canopy extender. That might make the stroller more user friendly—but we’d argue if you’re paying $300 +/- for a stroller, those should be standard.
The Vida is Babyhome’s second offering. At $400 this stroller looks a lot like the Emotion but is wider/deeper. It features a fully reclining seat, extended canopy, weather cover, extended canopy and adjustable footrest. The Vida is compatible with the same infant car seats as the Emotion.
Accessory options include cup holders, Nest kit (carrycot), and travel bag along with car seat adapters.
