A reader writes in today about her Morigeau
crib:
Denise
and Alan,?I bought a Morigeau-LŽpine crib based upon your book’s
recommendation of them. The crib I purchased was designed to convert to a
full sized bed and last for many years. The crib’s paint chipped and the
company will not stand behind the product, citing “normal” wear and tear.
I believe that chipping paint is not normal for a crib and is a danger to
children. I wanted to inform you of this and allow you to make others
aware of this potential problem.??I borrowed a second crib
from that company from a friend because I had twins. The same problem
happened to that crib, so I believe it may be a pattern rather than an isolated
incident. I am curious to know if others are having the same
experience.??All my best,?Laura
