Chicco sells several models (such as the Chicco Bravo LE ClearTex) under their ClearTex sub-brand—these strollers and car seats have fabrics that are chemical free.
The company states on their web site that “ClearTex® products use fabrics (plus foam and labels!) that comply with federal car safety flammability standards (FMVSS 302) without any added chemical treatments.”
That said, Chicco’s other strollers not under the ClearTex label may use fabrics that contain flame retardants.
