Comments: Originally, OXO’s baby food mill was a traditional stainless steel ricer with green accents. It was the same as their non baby food ricer with black accents. Now, the company has released the OXO Tot Mash Maker Baby Food Mill. Smaller and made mostly of plastic and silicone for easy gripping, the Mash Maker comes with a stainless steel blade and a grinding plate plus a lid for storage.
The Mash Maker gets some mixed reviews. Parents note it works well with soft foods like bananas, but not with anything tougher. One recommended adding liquid to help the mill work better. Others said the Mash Maker was difficult to clean. Rating: C
