1 – you mention we have a dozen different collections: we offer over 25 different collections.
2 – yes, our cribs are imported from China, but all our cribs are also available made in Canada, which is, I think, an important feature to mention.
3 – most important point: ALL our case goods are made in Canada. You mention Vietnam: I would like to know where you took this information, as this is not true at all!
4 – you mention 31 finishes, we have 35 finishes, and we offer to the consumers the possibility to create their own 2-tones finishes, which give a lot more choices
5 – you mention our service have been up and down in recent years: can you give me an example, as based on recent survey, we are known in the industry for the quality of our service.

I suppose this is me being petty, but they are “knowed” in the industry?
Do you mean ‘known’ in the industry? If so yes, they are a high end furniture manufacturer.
